BA in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Business Management preferred.


Minimum three years of account service and/or project management experience, agency experience preferred. Digital advertising, social media and marketing communication planning experience also preferred. Mac preferred.

Be a proactive/client-focused account manager for assigned clients.

Serve as the key day-to-day liaison between our clients and our internal team.

Be our clients’ top advocate, brand guardian and biggest fan.

Ensure that projects deliver on time, on budget, on brand and beyond expectations.

Develop and maintain project production schedules and electronic project folders.

Write creative briefs for assigned clients’ new projects, lead internal project meetings and participate in creative critiques.

Research, write and present client marketing plans.

Assist with agency brand development process and brainstorming sessions.

Assist with proofreading and copy editing as needed.

Assist with media buying as needed.

Assist Director of Client Services with new business development (tasks to be determined based on candidate’s skill set).

Assist with basic office management tasks including event planning, filing, shipping and supplies as needed.
