Being in the business we’re in, we have a process that keeps mistakes from seeing the light of day. But, proofreaders can’t catch what they are not asked to review – my decision to bring Callie and Cody to work, for example. I didn’t ask, it was a mistake, and I bore the consequences – my productivity dropped and I had to explain Cody’s howling during a video conference.
