Christmas in July isn’t a new idea – frankly, neither are these – some date back decades. This card, packed with holiday “deals,” came with a very clear disclaimer: “The coupons on this card are for amusement only. Even if you didn’t find them amusing, please don’t try to redeem them at a real store. And by ‘real,’ we mean anywhere other than PCG Mart—which, to be clear, is entirely fake.” We’re pretty sure many recipients read every word on every coupon—because Doug got a few complaint calls about them. We’d tell you which ones caused a stir, but Doug says he’s far too busy to take calls about Christmas cards from three offices ago.
