Downtown Dublin Strategic Alliance

The Downtown Dublin story is very close to home and office for us. On the east side of the Scioto River, rises Crawford Hoying’s Bridge Park. This new mixed-use development is exciting, in the news, but a bit concerning to the businesses located in Historic Dublin, Dublin’s historic downtown located on the west side of the river. As a result, Peebles Creative Group was retained by the Dublin Convention and Visitors Bureau to engage six Dublin stakeholders (who all need visitors), to build consensus, offer recommendations, and create a multiple-year collaboration that pools marketing resources and results in genuine collaboration.

Miami County Visitors and Convention Bureau

The convention and visitors bureau for Miami County experienced a staffing change that left it without a creative resource. The CVB took this as an opportunity to partner with Peebles Creative Group for creative execution on its advertising and visitors guide but also leveraged our strategic planning and website development skills to introduce an entirely new website.

COSI

How do you build an 18-year client relationship? One successful project at a time. Our strategic planning, media buying, brand messaging and creative execution services generated brand awareness, drove attendance, influenced donations, promoted outreach and increased memberships. With nearly 20 million visitors since 1964, COSI is one of the most highly-attended science centers in the nation.

Granville Inn

The 90-year-old Granville Inn underwent an extensive restoration in 2014 and 2015. Peebles Creative Group was selected to rebrand the Inn so that its marketing communications would align with the revitalized property. We took owner Denison University, operator Columbus Hospitality and the Inn’s current staff through Peebles Creative Group’s branding process, resulting in a new brand identity, messaging, sales materials and website—granvilleinn.com. The results were beyond expectations; room and dinner reservations were booked for weeks after the opening. Today the Inn continues to provide a charming hospitality experience to the residents and visitors of Granville, Ohio.
