Falcon Point Lofts were created as part of the Resort and Attraction Management Program in downtown Sandusky, in partnership with Cedar Fair and Bowling Green State University. Marous Development Group came to Peebles with an empty lot, an exciting plan for the mixed-use building and a desire to begin leasing soon. Peebles started on the ground floor with this project, first coming up with a name for the development, a logo and brand colors. From there we assisted with the website and sales collateral including floor plans, a folder, a brochure, sales sheets, window clings and banners. The partnership between Cedar Fair and BGSU is another step in the exciting revitalization of downtown Sandusky and we are proud to be part of it.
