Since 2007, Nationwide Realty Investors has entrusted Peebles Creative Group with the branding and marketing of one of Central Ohio’s most ambitious mixed-use developments – Grandview Yard. Located in Grandview Heights, Ohio, the 125-acre development has transformed a former industrial site into a vibrant destination featuring offices, restaurants, retail, hospitality, and luxury urban living.

Peebles Creative Group created the original Grandview Yard name, brand messaging, and visual identity, helping establish a distinctive identity for a development that continues to contribute to the region’s growth and character. As Grandview Yard has evolved through multiple phases of development, our role has evolved alongside it.

Today, we continue to steward the Grandview Yard brand through strategic marketing, website development, advertising, signage, sales materials, and ongoing brand stewardship. We have also helped extend the brand family through the creation and support of related brands, including The Grand Event Center, Apartments at the Yard, Yard Club, 828 at the Yard, Devon, Morrison, and Parkline, ensuring a consistent and compelling experience across the entire development.
