The 90-year-old Granville Inn underwent an extensive restoration in 2014 and 2015. Peebles Creative Group was selected to rebrand the Inn so that its marketing communications would align with the revitalized property. We took owner Denison University, operator Columbus Hospitality and the Inn’s current staff through Peebles Creative Group’s branding process, resulting in a new brand identity, messaging, sales materials and website—granvilleinn.com. Strategic marketing planning and media buying were also included in our efforts to support Granville Inn’s Spring 2015 reopening. The results were beyond expectations; room and dinner reservations were booked for weeks after the opening. Today the Inn continues to provide a charming hospitality experience to the residents and visitors of Granville, Ohio.
