Since 2010, Nationwide Realty Investors has entrusted Peebles Creative Group with the branding and marketing of Jerome Village, one of Central Ohio’s largest and most ambitious residential developments. Located in Jerome Township, the master-planned community includes more than 2,000 homes, multiple schools, a growing commercial district, and nearly 600 acres of parks and green space.

As Jerome Village has grown and evolved, Peebles Creative Group has helped strengthen and elevate the community’s brand through strategic messaging, website development, advertising, photography, videography, signage, email marketing, and sales materials. Our work has also included the creation and support of numerous neighborhood identities and marketing initiatives designed to connect prospective residents with the unique lifestyle and opportunities Jerome Village offers.
